Use Cases for OneDrive Integration

1. Document-Based Responses

  • Use files stored in OneDrive, such as user manuals, policy documents, or guides, to provide detailed responses to user queries.
  • Example: A customer asks for product setup instructions, and the chatbot retrieves a setup manual from OneDrive.

2. Centralized Knowledge Base

  • Maintain a centralized repository of files in OneDrive for the chatbot to access and use as a knowledge base.
  • Example: Employee onboarding documents can be stored in OneDrive for the chatbot to share with new hires.

*Please note that if you update a file, you will need to re-upload it for the bot to fetch and reflect the changes.*

By integrating OneDrive with ChatNode, you can significantly enhance your chatbot’s ability to deliver accurate, document-based responses for both users and internal teams.
