Google Drive

Step 1: Accessing the Integrations Page

1. Log into your ChatNode account.
2. Navigate to the Data tab within your bot’s settings.
3. Under the Integrations section on the left sidebar, locate and select Google Drive to start the setup process.

Step 2: Connecting Your Google Drive Account

1. Click on the blue Connect button.
2. A Google authorization window will appear, requesting access for ChatNode to view and manage files in your Google Drive.

Step 3: Selecting the Google Account

1. Choose the Google account you want to connect with ChatNode.
2. If prompted, sign in with your Google credentials.
3. Confirm permission for ChatNode to access your Google Drive files by clicking Allow.

Step 4: Choosing Files for Integration

1. Once connected, click Select Files from Google to open your Google Drive.
2. Browse and select the specific files or folders you want ChatNode to access.
3. Confirm your selection, and ChatNode will sync these files for use in your chatbot.

Step 5: Finalizing the Integration

1. After selecting your files, ChatNode will display a confirmation message: "Your Files have been added, all set!"
2. Close the tab if done, or select additional files if needed.

Scenario: A customer support team stores FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and product manuals in Google Drive.

Application: By integrating Google Drive with ChatNode and selecting key files, the chatbot can instantly access these documents to deliver accurate responses to customer queries without requiring manual effort.
