The Analytics tab provides a snapshot of your chatbot's performance and impact. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Date Range: Set custom date ranges to view bot activity over specific periods.
  • Support Hourly Rate: Enter an hourly rate to calculate estimated support cost savings from bot usage.
  • Export PDF: Download a report of your analytics data in PDF format for easy sharing.

Key Metrics

  • Support Hours Saved & Money Saved: Measure the time and cost savings from bot use.
  • Conversations & Total Messages: Track user interactions and engagement levels.
  • Avg Messages Daily: See daily activity averages for the selected period.
  • Likes & Dislikes: Monitor user feedback to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

The Analytics tab helps you assess the bot's efficiency, optimize its performance, and demonstrate its value to stakeholders.
