How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your ChatNode Plan
Managing your subscription in ChatNode is straightforward. Follow these steps to upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your usage and needs.
1. Access the Subscription Page
- Log into your ChatNode account.
- Navigate to the bottom-right corner of the dashboard and click 'Subscription.'
2. View Your Current Plan
- In the Subscription section, you will see an overview of your current plan, its pricing, and the features available (number of chatbots, credits, file uploads, etc.).
3. Choose a New Plan
- The available plans (Free, Lite, Standard, and Scale) will be displayed, along with their prices and details:
- Free
- Lite
- Standard
- Scale
4. Upgrade or Downgrade
- To upgrade or downgrade, click the Upgrade or Downgrade button located beneath each plan.
- After clicking, you will be prompted to confirm the changes. This will adjust your plan based on your selection.
5. Billing Changes
- The new plan will take effect immediately, and the changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
- If you are upgrading, the system will calculate the prorated cost and adjust your next invoice accordingly.
- If you downgrade, the changes will take effect after the current billing period ends.
6. Monitor Your Usage
- After switching plans, you can monitor your usage in the dashboard, including the number of bots, credits, and file uploads available.
7. Unsubscribe
- If you wish to unsubscribe from a paid plan and revert to the Free plan, select the Unsubscribe button under the Scale plan. Be aware that doing so will limit your access to certain features.
