1. Crisp Integration
- Crisp is a feature that allows your chatbot to transfer conversations to a real person when it cannot answer a customer’s questions. This integration ensures that customers can receive human support when necessary.
- You can toggle the ON/OFF button to enable or disable this functionality, giving you control over when human interaction is available.
2. Slack Integration
- The Slack integration allows you and your team to receive responses from your custom-trained chatbot directly within Slack. This makes it easier for teams to stay connected and get quick access to information or support through the chatbot.
- To enable this integration, simply click the Authorize Slack button and follow the necessary steps to integrate your chatbot with your Slack workspace.
3. Future Integrations
- This Integrations tab is also where you will find additional integrations as they are launched. Keep an eye on this section for future updates and new services that can be connected to your chatbot, further expanding its capabilities.
4. Important Reminder
- After making any changes to the integration settings, ensure to click the Save button to apply and confirm your changes.
